3) Registered Agent is your specialized permanant paperless mailing address for Departments of State, Labor & Revenue.

4) We set up a unique email like [email protected] for business registration purposes. 

5) NOTE: Steps #1, #2 #3, #4 are done before business formation

6) IRS EIN# for registration, bank accounts, tax returns, etc. 

7) Form your new LLC or Corp. in one US state with Departments of State, Labor & Revenue.

8) Federal S-Corp Form 2553 Election if desired
